Nadex announces it is now offering intermediated trading. Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, and Commission Regulation §40.6(a), Nadex amends its trading and settlement schedule for the Nonfarm Payrolls and Unemployment Rate binary contracts for the US Good Friday Holiday on April 2, 2010, which is the next scheduled release date for the Nonfarm Payrolls and Unemployment Rate number. Therefore, the following modified trading and settlement schedule will be observed for the Nonfarm Payrolls and Unemployment Rate binary contracts offered on trade date Monday, March 29, 2010:
Monday, March 29, 2010: All Nonfarm Payrolls and Unemployment Rate binary contracts offered on this date will have a Last Trading Date of Thursday, April 1, 2010 and a Settlement Date of Monday, April 5, 2010.
Thursday, April 1, 20100: The Exchange will observe regular exchange hours. Nonfarm Payrolls and Unemployment Rate binary contracts will be closed at 5pm ET.
Friday, April 2, 2010: The Exchange will be closed.

Clarification of Nadex Fee Schedule
Nadex would like to clarify to its members the current settlement fee schedule outlined in the Fee section of the Nadex website. As referenced in Nadex Rule 3.5(c), "Members are charged fees for settlement of all Contracts at Expiration. Fees for settlement of contracts will be charged in an amount to be reflected from time to time on Nadex's website".
Currently, members pay a fee of $1 per contract settled. However, please note that binary contracts with a settlement value of $0 and Spread contracts with a settlement value of less than $1 are not charged a settlement fee.
