Therefore, the following modified trading and settlement schedule will be observed for the Nonfarm Payrolls and Unemployment Rate binary contracts offered on trade date Monday, March 29, 2010:

Nadex would like to clarify to its members the current settlement fee schedule outlined in the Fee section of the Nadex website. As referenced in Nadex Rule 3.5(c), "Members are charged fees for settlement of all Contracts at Expiration. Fees for settlement of contracts will be charged in an amount to be reflected from time to time on Nadex's website".

Currently, members pay a fee of $1 per contract settled. However, please note that binary contracts with a settlement value of $0 and Spread contracts with a settlement value of less than $1 are not charged a settlement fee.
